Spring Equinox Yoga Day Retreat Sunday 20th March 2022

This retreat day is perfect for yogis of all levels.

Welcome in spring and the vernal equinox the beginning of longer days and shorter nights.

A yoga intensive day, Maria will guide you through energising morning Vinyasa flow yoga a guided walk through the Cheshire countryside and afternoon relaxing restorative yoga & yoga nidra.

Lunch & afternoon tea are included

Location is Cheshire Wellness Centre set along the canal between Lymm and Dunham Massey

10am Cleansing herbal tea and welcome

1015am to 1145am Energising Vinyasa Flow Yoga

1145am Countryside canal and woodland walk

1pm Deliciously Healthy and Hearty Lunch

2pm Restorative Yoga with Yoga Nidra

330pm to 4pm tea, cakes and goodbyes

*please note there are several options for lunch so all dietary needs will be catered for.

Cost for the day is £65 which includes lunch.
